Tickets Purchased Online
After the automatic transaction summary, your Official Online Ticket Confirmation can be printed and a copy will be sent via email to the email address you have provided. This will be your only record of purchase and you will need to present it at the main entry gate. If your Official Online Ticket Confirmation is not received within 2 days of purchase please phone the office on 07 5497 3100 or email info@mudbullsandmusic.com.au.
Arm band Collection
Upon presentation of your Official Online Ticket Confirmation and photo ID at the main gate you will be issued with an arm band which must be worn for the duration of your stay. Arm bands will not be issued without presentation of an Official Online Ticket Confirmation.
Refund Policy
STRICTLY NO REFUNDS ON PURCHASED TICKETS including online tickets purchased from this site. No replacement of stolen or lost tickets.
Camping
Camping is included in your ticket price at the Fig Tree camping area and camping areas within Landcruiser Mountain Park. Camping starts from 7.00am Wednesday 3rd November to Monday 8th November.
Camping Upgrade
Quiet camping is available at Stockyard Flats camping area. Camping in this area is not included in your ticket price. Sites are $25 per night per site, one vehicle per site. If you want to upgrade to Stockyard Flats camping area, please choose the Camping Upgrade option to book your quiet site.
Camping prior to the event
Camping is permitted in the Fig Tree camping area before and after the festival at $18 per night per site (8m x 8m). Permits can be collected from the Landcruiser Mountain Park office.
Meet and Greet BBQ
All early bird ticket purchasers are invited to a Meet & Greet BBQ which will be held Wednesday night outside the festival site.

Any claim relating to the Site, the services provided through the Site or the Content shall be governed by the internal laws of the state of Queensland and you agree to submit to having the matter dealt with in a court in Brisbane in the state of Queensland, Australia.
TERMINATION
These terms are effective even if this Agreement is terminated by either party. Subject to applicable law, we reserve the right to suspend or deny, in our sole discretion, your access to all or any portion of the Site with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Site may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your registration and all related information and files under your registration and bar any further access to such files or the Site. Further, you agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Site.
- Lost or stolen armbands will not be replaced
- Armbands must be worn at all times
- Strictly no refunds
- No tickets will be posted. All tickets will be available for collection from the Main Gate upon arrival. Official receipt and photo ID is required. Only the person whose name appears on the receipt can collect tickets
