Michelle McInnes 

I am 29 years old and when I’m not singing, I ride, compete and train horses – my second love to music. Since I lost my brother to cancer in 2001, I have been singing at pubs, clubs and festivals. I perform my originals mixed in with covers from all different styles of music. I would class my music as a mixture of country, folk, rock and blues all rolled into one. I’ve been told I can make a pop song sound country.

2004 / 2005 Finalist – Busking by the bay competition. We received the Encouragement award 2 years running.

2006 Winner -  Urban Country music festival Busking competition

• 2008 Winner - Mud Bulls and Music talent search.
• As part of my prize – I have just recorded 2 of my original songs with Simon Johnson Music
• I appeared at Urban Country Music Festival in May 09
• Also will be appearing at Mud Bulls and Music 2009
